Payment & Contract

All booth and sponsorship purchases require a credit card payment at registration. Additionally, completion of the NJAA Exhibitor Contract is required to exhibit.


Booth Placement

Exhibitors may choose a booth during registration. NJAA reserves the right to adjust assignments as needed. If your booth is within five (5) feet of a direct competitor and space allows, NJAA may suggest an alternative. Some adjustments may not be possible due to availability or logistics.


Cancellation & Refunds

Written cancellation must be sent to events@njaa.com. Fees apply as follows:

  • On or before March 2, 2026: 50% of the exhibit fee.
  • After March 2, 2026: No refunds.

By selecting a booth, you are agreeing to all the terms above.
