This deposit must be paid no later than April 30.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"477\">The remaining balance is due by the date listed above. If full payment is not received by the due date, your deposit and sponsorship opportunities will be forfeited, and late fees will apply to any unpaid balance.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"479\" data-end=\"625\">NJAA reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require 100% payment of the total commitment in order to secure sponsorship opportunities.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>                                                                <strong>Sponsor the Tuesday educational sessions and leave a lasting impression while showcasing your company\u2019s commitment to education in the multifamily industry.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"112\" data-end=\"254\">Sponsorship offers exposure to attendees of our 3-hour Tuesday education bootcamps designed for owner member participants.<\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"496\">\n<li data-start=\"256\" data-end=\"329\">\n<p data-start=\"258\" data-end=\"329\">Opportunity to distribute company literature or swag inside the chosen educational offering at each attendee&#8217;s place during the session.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"330\" data-end=\"384\">\n<p data-start=\"332\" data-end=\"384\">Company name or logo* featured on session signage.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"385\" data-end=\"496\">\n<p data-start=\"387\" data-end=\"496\">A company representative may introduce the instructor and speak for three minutes about their organization.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"498\" data-end=\"706\">Available sessions include:&nbsp;<strong data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"548\">Financial Bootcamp<\/strong>&nbsp;(for managers),&nbsp;<strong data-start=\"565\" data-end=\"585\">Leasing Bootcamp<\/strong>, and&nbsp;<strong data-start=\"591\" data-end=\"615\">Maintenance Bootcamp<\/strong>.
